Unveil New Customers Daily Inc. was born from nearly a century of restaurant experience. My family’s restaurant in Brooklyn has been serving customers since 1936, and from the day we opened word-of-mouth was how new guests found us. Seeing the impact of this firsthand, I gained a deep appreciation for how critical maintaining a stellar reputation was. I grew to appreciate consistency, quality, and the importance of personal interactions with guests.
After high school, I dove into Business Marketing studies at Penn State. Living in the dorms, with a microwave as my “kitchen,” eating out became a way of life—and my love for other peoples' foods quickly grew.
That passion led me to become the food critic for our school newspaper my sophomore year. I loved sharing my thoughts on local restaurants with the campus, but only paper readers ever knew about them. As I continued dining out, I wondered if there would ever be a way for people to share their culinary experiences online. (Around the same time, I had begun minoring in Computer Science.)
Then, when Yelp launched, I had my Eureka moment: this was what I had envisioned! But even as a food lover, I often forgot to leave reviews, meaning great restaurants missed out on the praise they deserved—simply because I forgot to share my experience online.

Fast forward to 2014, when I attended the Super Tech Software Expo in Santa Clara, California—a game-changing moment for our future. That’s where I crossed paths with Sam Bonds, a visionary software consultant. Right then and there, I laid out my ambitious dream:
1. Build a system that could capture and share culinary experiences, leveraging the power of the Cloud—something that was still in its infancy back then.
2. Find a way for customers to leave reviews instantly, before the memory faded.
3. Ensure the platform was user-friendly, yet sophisticated enough for human input and control.
4. Stay ahead of the ever-evolving tech world, constantly innovating and improving.
Our first version was basic, even quirky—it printed out reviews for restaurants to hang on the doorknobs of local homes! But through continuous improvements, what started as a humble idea evolved into RestaurantReview Genius, our cutting-edge solution in 2024. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re just getting started!
